Online Project Checkout
Login to the MemoQ server and select 'Check out an online project'. Enter the server URL and your credentials to download the source documents and resources.
The Translation Grid
Type translations in the translation grid. MemoQ automatically searches translation memories (TM), LiveDocs corpora, and term bases (TB) assigned to the project.
Segment Status Monitoring
Each segment has a status indicator. Green icons represent confirmed segments, while others show progress or matches from the TM.
Running QA (Operations > Run QA)
Detect and fix localization bugs using the Run QA tool. Configure settings to check for tags, punctuation, and consistency across documents.
QA Options Configuration
Ensure all relevant QA options are checked in the settings to capture common errors automatically during the verification phase.
Final QA Report & Delivery
Linguists must fix all valid issues and mark false positives as 'ignored'. Deliver the final bilingual files and a QA report showing 0 errors.
